We made several improvements in Universal Relay Boilerplate and Rebar.

The Universal Relay Boilerplate, now at version 13.4.6 with the help of our contributors has been updated with the following:

• Fixed issue where build version was not displayed on home page.
• Updated .gitignore.
• Switched to using yarn instead of npm.
• Updates to Windows tools.
• Improved stability of the React Native login/logout process in several edge cases.
• Add theming to React Native, with options to specify different themes for iOS and Android.
• Fix issues on Safari.
• Support configurable fields in User table.
• Implement react-relay-network-layer.

The same changes have been implemented in Rebar.
