We have refactored the Universal Relay Boilerplate in order to separate the baseline from configuration files and code.

The Universal Relay Boilerplate, now at version 5.0.0 has been refactored in order to:

• Remove folders with contain one or very few files and simplify the directory structure.
• Move project-specific code and settings into configuration folder.
• Un-entangle baseline project from units.

Th configuration documentation is also updated and available for review.

We have made the same changes in Rebar also.
